I checked this book out from my community college's library on a whim. With no particular goal in checking out such a book I was merely walking up and down the isles looking for something interesting to read.

A reader of many different topics and genres, I like to think that I have a fairly good sense of what makes a good book.

I'm not even finsihed with it, and I'm already searching for other books he has written and more books on the same topic. This book, regardless of your beliefs, can help you begin to learn how to document and interpret your dreams.

Not being a religeous person, currently exploring my own faiths and beliefs in this world and myself, I think this book will help guide me to realizing my internal conflicts and how to confront and handle them. This book will help me become more aware of my own abilites to heal myself and to cope with the easy and tough problems that come into my life.

I recommend this book to anyone looking for another way to better yourself, by learning to remember your dreasm, recognizing the different types of dreams, and lastly how to more accurately interrpret your dreams, which are essentially there to help you!
