I have gone through so many mini exercise machines that were under $100.00 because they all broke down. I looked for a machine that would not lose a screw or whose step peddles would not break down. This machine fits the bill. It's still going strong. It does have a significant learning curve. It's not easy to stay balanced on. I don't use the rope. The ski poles are very necessary to help me stay upright.
