This book can change your view,
This review is from: Creative Flowdreaming: Manifesting Your Dreams in the Life You've Already Got (Paperback)
This book is a must read if you are interested in taking the art of manifesting and the understanding of manifesting to a new level. Summer offers an alternative to meditation as a way of entering this peaceful, comforting, loving place that she calls The Flow. Once in The Flow, you are given ways to change change and manipulate the energies to create the life you want. Summer takes The Flow concept further as she shares her wisdom on life, and her discoveries about the Universe. She tackles topics that are of interest to anyone exploring the Mind Body Spirit Connection. Summer offers a toolkit of emotions at the end of the book to those who work best with specifics. Her style of writing is easy to read and understand. I am really excited about this book and grateful to Summer for sharing her wisdom.

Let's face it, there's no one out there quite like Summer McStravick. Of course, I'm a fan of her CD's, books, and radio program (Flowdreaming) on [...]. Summer answers or attempts to answer all of the questions that I have had in my lifetime. Why are we here? Where do we come from? What can we do to take control of the reigns of our lives? Creative Flowdreaming has helped me in my search for my truth. What's great is that Summer McStravick realizes that everyone has their own truth and beliefs. In her latest book she has put herself out there by daring to define her truths. After reading other authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Jane Roberts, and Wayne Dyer, Summer McStravick is refreshing. Her views on the ego and how it's not such a bad thing made me feel let off the hook.
She explains how to enter "the flow" which in the energy blueprint of all creation. I love the way she describes that we are all God having experiences to expand Itself. This is a must read for anyone that is on a spiritual path and for anyone who wants to manifest a better way of living.

Best of scientific and spiritual thought braided together,
By Blooming Man (Bloomington, IN) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Creative Flowdreaming: Manifesting Your Dreams in the Life You've Already Got (Paperback)
In a society obsessed with self help/human potential books and the idea of manifesting, Summer McStravick has written one of the most articulate, scientific, spiritual yet grounded books on the subject yet. It's heart felt, earnest, open and extremely clear writing. The book links human emotions and thought as a powerful tool for manifesting. It's too bad this one is being overlooked by readers. While it blends many of the ideas from Esther and Jerry Hicks, the idea of blending guided daydreams reaches back to unforgettable Neville Goddard's work with the "awakened imagination." The parallels are stunning. For many people, whoever, Goddard might be too scriptural. Summer's first book "Flowdreaming" did extremely well in the marketplace. We can only hope this "Creative Flowdreaming" eclipses that one. This is the one to buy.

Loved this book!,
This review is from: Creative Flowdreaming: Manifesting Your Dreams in the Life You've Already Got (Paperback)
If you have never heard of Flowdreaming, tune into [..] and listen in to one of Summer's shows. Her method of getting into your own spiritual flow is different, yet very effective. Flowdreaming is a technique of guided daydreaming which you enter into with control and purposeful intention and emotion. You envision your "ideal" with the emotion you would expect from receiving it. This book goes into what Flowdreaming is, how you can use this technique to create positive things in your life, and also how to release any negative resistance you may need to rid yourself of. The author shows a very personal and authentic side, so that you can relate and picture yourself within the pages and stories. I would also strongly suggest getting Summer's first book "Flowdreaming" which has an accompanying Flowdreaming cd which I absolutely can't have a day go by without using. She also has a website [..] where you can listen to a sample mp3 of her Flowdreaming technique. This technique is calming, yet energizing, simple yet amazing. She also reminds us in her book to not jump into something just because you "need" it, but to listen to your inner feelings instead and allow this Flow to guide you. She states that you may think you want something, but if it doesn't "excite" you then reconsider doing it. A great book that will guide you in the process of manifesting a wonderful life.

This review is from: Creative Flowdreaming: Manifesting Your Dreams in the Life You've Already Got (Paperback)
I have had the pleasure of listening to Summer on Hayhouse Radio. Summer's new book breaks down all the basics of Flowdreaming. IN this new book you will learn how to get into the flow and use your emotions to create and plant seeds that will grow and manifest into your life. The book is a practical guide to taking control of your life and steering it in a positive, meaningful anf fulfilling direction. Well-written and easy to understand. A great book to read and re-read to get the most out of life and to create the life you want!

I bet all high score reviews was written by Summer herself and her's mother.
The book is very weak, bouring, full of Summer's philosophizing about life and energy. I was following her's Hayhouse radio show from the day 1. Didn't read her's first book (and definetelly never will, because she is very unprofessional and weak writer). Her's show much more alive and interesting. She is better speaker then writer. |
