Easy to follow delicious recipes,

My daughter arrived from Korea when she was almost six years old. I wanted to be able to offer her familiar foods and this book saved the day! The recipes are easy to follow and Ms. Koh has included an ingredient explanation - since some of the ingredients may not be familiar. We use this book often and I would highly recommend it.

I've use the book Creative Korean Cooking for 24 years. I have other Korean cook books, but this one is the easiest to use for someone not of the Korean culture. I'm buying two more copies of this today to give as gifts.
