A perfect companion for your workouts or yoga routines, the 256 MB Creative MuVo C100 is both a multiformat digital audio player and sports timer. It includes a built-in stopwatch including lap-timer, split-timer, and countdown timer. The lightweight, splashproof MuVo C100 will also withstand a bit of rain for outdoor jogging and workouts.
The MuVo C100 plays both MP3 and WMA digital audio files, and it includes a built-in FM radio. The 256 MB internal flash memory will store up to eight hours of WMA files at 64 kbps or up to four hours of MP3 music at 128 kbps. It also includes a memory card slot that's compatible with Secure Digital and MultiMedia (MMC) memory cards up to 512 MB. With super-fast USB 2.0 connectivity and simple drag-and-drop transfer without software, the MuVo C100 accepts music files as quickly as a song per second.
It's powered by one AAA battery that provides up to 18 hours of continuous play. Other features include five-band custom equalizer and four presets (jazz, rock, pop, and classical) and the ability to function as a mass storage USB drive.

This package includes the 256 MB MuVo C100, stereo headphones, neck strap, sports armband and case, 1 AAA battery, and CD-ROM with Creative MediaSource music management software. The buttons stopped working on mine, too, then started again. Then, files started getting corrupted so the player would freeze and I'd have to remove the battery to reboot it. I'd replace the files and different ones would cause the problem the next time. I will be buying a different mp3 player.

This is a great player when it works. I love the features and sports timer. The earphones are uncomfortable but no big deal seeing how cheap replacements are. The problem is the buttons stop working. At first they seem a little difficult to push but then they just stop functioning. Two buttons went out after three weeks of use. They were the Volume down and Next Track. Returned to store for exchange and then the same thing happened again to the second unit only now its three buttons including the most important Menu button. Will need to send item in to Creative now and wait. I will not be surprised if the third one I recieve has the same problem. This issue has been brought up in the creative fourms and I have seen it reported other places on the net. If I had to do over I would not buy another one of these. Basically a little bad engineering ruined what otherwise would be a great product.

I recommend the creative muvo c100 highly.I have bought one and really like it.The sound is just great on it even in heavy traffic.You can do so much with it.
