Great item for the money, May 31, 2007
The product arrived promptly. My Creative Zen V Plus fit perfectly into the case without difficulty, and wasn't too snug. I did cut a larger opening for the power button, and this works well for me. As for the armband, it has stretch and "give", which makes it comfortable.
Here is how to attach the clip (you may want to put your Zen in the case first, but it doesn't really matter):
You should have received two discs and the clip: One disc is flat on one side and a screw post on the other side, and the other disc has a hole and a raised "button". The belt clip has a solid side, and an "open" side with an open circle at the bottom.
1. Take the disc with the raised button and slide it into the slot in the clip that has an "open" side (like sticking a coin in a gum ball machine). The disc with the raised button will snap into the open circle . The little screw hole of the disc is now facing the outside and is flush with the disc, and the disc is attached to the clip.
2. Now take the other disc, the flat disc with the post, and put it inside the player case so the flat side will be against your player and the post will stick out through the little hole in the back of the case.
3. Now take the belt clip, with the screw hole facing out, and screw it into the post that is sticking out of the player case. You're finished. The clip will swivel, which is a nice feature.
As for the arm band, just weave it through the two vertical slots in the back of the case, Velcro toward the case. It may seem awkward to have the clip against your arm, but I don't find this bothersome since the arm band has elasticity, and my arm has some padding :-)

Not very helpful, June 26, 2007
I thought it would protect my player, but the belt and clip system is clumsy. The case does not cover the screen, the part I worry about the most. My MP3 has to be reset often ?????, and the cover doesn't have any opening for the iddy-bitty little hole that you need to reset the player. I gave it two stars only because it does protect it some when dropped, which I do often, hence the reset button.

No Instructions and all Buttons are not exposed for Use, May 18, 2007
This product arrived very quickly although the S&H was almost the price of the item. There are zero instructions explaining how to attach the arm band or belt clip to the rubber case. The buttons on the right side of the Zen V Plus are covered so I have to remove the case in order to use the power or volume buttons. The screen has no protection.
If anyone can explain how to attach the arm and belt clip to the case, this would really be appreciated. I am too old and tired to try and figure it out.
I have already ordered another kit (a leather case with a belt clip) which I hope will be easier to use and not require any assembly.
