I recently bought a creative MP3 player to replace my creative Zen which I'd had for three years. My Zen still works great, but I needed to upgrade and get a little more storage. I listen to a lot of audio books and podcasts while I work, and Creative's MP3 players allow me to store much more media than an Ipod with the same memory would allow. There are no restrictions for certain types of media or downloads and you don't have to download additional software. Creative products are much more user friendly than any other personal media device I've ever come across. Based on my experience with their products I will be a lifetime customer, when I need to upgrade again I will definitely stick with Creative Lab's products - there's no comparison. I also highly recommend the skin with wire management - I used to go through a lot of ear buds because I would wrap them around my MP3 player, I can see that they will last a lot longer by having a proper and convenient way to sotre them when my player is not in use. I love the Zen Creative because of all the functions, but most importantly the book-marking capability. I have listened to scores of books on my MP3 player and this feature is vital to my sanity....it is traumatic to lose your place after getting 32 hours into a book!

This is the second Zen in our family and we love it.Good sound and picture quality. Great for podcasts and audio books because it will book mark the spot where you stopped. My only complaint is it does not support the ogg file format which is commonly used with the Linux operating system.

My whole family from my daughter to my sister has this exact MP3 and is VERY satisfied with it. It is hardy, been through fully being in water and still came on. My daughter got hers first and has had it for 2 years without any problems. The design allows for a few drops, and it keeps on playing. There is soo many features and is easy to download songs off the internet. Needless to say we now have 4 in our family and I would not thinking about buying any other MP#. This system also has recorder, plays videos, T.V. shows, F.M. radio, calendar, time, and so on. Not to mention the many accessories and colors this unit comes in. I have been on the bus and been told by the driver to turn it down as headphones are also good. If you are looking for a great MP3 player with soo many other options that will last physically, I would swear by this one.

LIKE IT JUST LIKE MY BLACK ONE ONLY WISH IT WAS A LITTLE EASIER TO USE. BUTTONS AT TIMES ARE A LITTLE CONFUSING.

I bought this player for my younger daughter. It's got just enough space for her music playlists and a bunch of audiobooks. It's also reasonably rugged for such a small item. In all, an excellent buy and perfect starter music-player for a young person.

EDITED 7-1-2011: WHOA. When I purchased this item in December 2010, it cost $35. It's now nearly $100! I would not have paid that much for it.

This is the second one that I have bought for my daughter. She is using the first one now and is around three years old. She has has serval players and none of them has lasted that long. She has been wanting another on for a while and when I seen this I had to get it for her. I don't know much on how it works but she LOVES IT.

I am very satisfied with my pink zen player. It does what its suppose to. I can listen to FM radio. The volume/Sound is good. Its pink and cute. easy to use.

I bought my husband a Zen xfi and he loved it so much I bought myself the pink zen and find it very easy to use. I listen to audio books with it and find it easy to move through the buttons to the folder I want

My pink little Zen has been a lot of fun and because it is pink I can find it easily in the bottom of my bag. I didn't think I needed or wanted an "Ipod" type gadget, however, my husband had purchased a Zen from another store and he certainly was enjoying his so I had to try. Now we have our own library of music and pictures. Haven't tried the video feature. Recently we took an international trip and the ability to listen to the music I favor rather than piped airline music was a great way to spend that many hours in the air, plus it helped block out all the usual airplane noise. This has proved to be a very reliable product.
