I love my Zen and had my blind relative in her 90's with hearing aids use it to see if she could listen to books on tape. The sound quality is so good that we got her her own Zen. She can hear the books and no longer has to deal with cds or cassettes. Someone has to start the book on tape, but she has learned to use all the other buttons by feel. She is sharp and live mentally, so the Zen has been a godsend.

I started using products by Creative and i find them to be extremely reliable. The Zen 2GB is great. It plays media formats not supported by other players within the same price range. I highly recommend this player. The quality of refurbished products sold by Creative is just amazing.
