Product Description

Creative Bath has developed yet another first class beverage dispenser. The new dispenser is made in Tritan Material and offers a ice column and infuser to flavor anyone's favorite beverage. Tritan can hold both cold and hot beverages. Up to three gallons. The ice column can be filled with ice to keep beverages cool and not dilute them. It can also be filled with water and placed in a freezer then put back in the dispenser. The newest feature is a infuser that simply snaps on to the ice column that can be filled with fruit, zest, tea or anything else to add extra flavor the beverage. Best of all, made domestically in our own factory in the USA.

I loved the concept of this dispenser, but it leaked throughout the party the first time I used it. It was very embarrassing! We emptied it and tried to tighten the spigot, but it continued to drip.

We finally tightened the crown nut gently using pliers even though the directions said to hand-tighten it. It seems to be working now, but the spigot is plastic and the quality is questionable. I think it will work for our next party, but I don't like not being confident in its performance when we have company over.

The idea of this dispenser was perfect for the party and the ice core worked great! It kept the sweet tea cold throughout the party without watering it down. It was easy to clean, easy to use and easy to put together.

This thing was great. We did not have any leaking problems, or spigot handle breakage problems like some reviewers - the dispenser worked great for our party. It made wonderful, flavorful, citrus-infused ice tea. Everyone raved about it.

The next day, we went to clean it and were shocked to discover that the inside acrylic surface of the infuser was pitted, from, I assume, the orange slices we used - possibly from the citric acid? The outer surface of the ice holder was pitted as well, and also the inside, top surface of the main drink container.

An excellent idea, but ONE use? One? Are you kidding me?

Purchased this exact item from Sam's Club and was very pleased with the initial performance but after usage the plastic tab which controls the water release, has broken. Cheap plastic. This dispenser is nice to look at, pretty on the counter and great for a party, but the plastic tab/spigot will fail. I'll probably have to buy something with a similiar tab/spigot to use as replacement parts. Would not recommend purchasing unless the manufacturer changes the design of the tab/spigot otherwise it will just end up at the recycle center.
