I loved the concept of this dispenser, but it leaked throughout the party the first time I used it. It was very embarrassing! We emptied it and tried to tighten the spigot, but it continued to drip.

We finally tightened the crown nut gently using pliers even though the directions said to hand-tighten it. It seems to be working now, but the spigot is plastic and the quality is questionable. I think it will work for our next party, but I don't like not being confident in its performance when we have company over.

The idea of this dispenser was perfect for the party and the ice core worked great! It kept the sweet tea cold throughout the party without watering it down. It was easy to clean, easy to use and easy to put together.

This thing was great. We did not have any leaking problems, or spigot handle breakage problems like some reviewers - the dispenser worked great for our party. It made wonderful, flavorful, citrus-infused ice tea. Everyone raved about it.

The next day, we went to clean it and were shocked to discover that the inside acrylic surface of the infuser was pitted, from, I assume, the orange slices we used - possibly from the citric acid? The outer surface of the ice holder was pitted as well, and also the inside, top surface of the main drink container.

An excellent idea, but ONE use? One? Are you kidding me?

Purchased this exact item from Sam's Club and was very pleased with the initial performance but after usage the plastic tab which controls the water release, has broken. Cheap plastic. This dispenser is nice to look at, pretty on the counter and great for a party, but the plastic tab/spigot will fail. I'll probably have to buy something with a similiar tab/spigot to use as replacement parts. Would not recommend purchasing unless the manufacturer changes the design of the tab/spigot otherwise it will just end up at the recycle center.

We only used this a couple of times and the spigot broke. We were very careful with it and it said it was "Unbreakable". Yeah right.

Worked really well for an event I did recently. Holds a lot and was durable enough for a several hundred people to use that day. The ice insert helps to keep the drinks cold - more so than other beverage servers. No complaints here. It was well worth the money.

I have used this pitcher over & over for home made strawberry lemonade. The kids love it b/c they can make their own drinks & I don't have to worry about it being broken.

I bought two of these dispensers after seeing them at a friend's party. They are perfect, just a touch of class without being overbearing. Easy to set up and use, very portable and easy to store. The ice core keeps the beverages very cold. Terrific.

I had been shopping for a drink dispenser for quite sometime and found myself constantly disappointed in the quality of the spout on the dispensers, not to mention I couldn't find a large one! I had gone to a friend's house for a party and was so happy when I saw that she had this particular one. Yes, it's made out of plastic but it was so sturdy and even pretty. Having two small children dismissed the idea of a glass one. If you're having a large party or are getting ready for the holidays, this is so perfect! Slice up some oranges and hold them to the side while adding ice, toss in a bag of cranberries more ice, then water. Orange-cranberry water for the holidays! It's hard to believe that someone will compliment you on your water, but they will! I personally took the center out for a prettier look. I hope this review helps you! Oh and the seller provided VERY fast shipping!

I brought 2 for my daughter's outside wedding. They worked extremely well on a warm day where the ice could be replaced easily without it melting into the drink. It looks nice and would definitely purchase them again and/or recommend highly to others.

I loved it so much that I bought a second one. I use them at parties and put lemonade in one and iced tea in the other. It really makes the drink table look amazing. I also use it when my kids have playdates. I don't have to stop what I'm doing to get all the kids drinks. I leave a sleave of cups next to it and the kids help themselves.
