This server is absolutely beautiful, seems to be practically indestructible and completely serviceable. My only complaint is that I didn't realize the "trays" are actually shallow bowls. I would have preferred a tray, but the bowls worked out quite well.

I love this server. The plates/bowls are a very nice size. They hold a quite a bit of food. I used this for a bridal shower. I had three different kinds of salad, a different one in each dish. It is kind of spread out, but putting three different serving dishes would have taken up much more room. The dishes aren't glass, but you wouldn't know that by looking at it. This server will get lots of use over the years.

Maybe i didnt know what "unbreakable" means. The trays are plastic, which means cheap looking. $50 for plastic trays? i dont think so. if you are looking for something that will go through abuses, this may work. For occasional 'nice' parties, no!
