Sea Creatures is a collection of poems about a physician's life and some of his patients. Taken together, these poems embody the art of medicine.

Editorial Reviews

Review

"Love of family, of earth and its wonders, of the patients he helps as a doctor, make Vernon Rowe's first book worth our attention. William Carlos Williams would greet a disciple." -- David Ray

From the back cover: "[The poems] speak of life's day by day passage as experienced by a physician of warmth and sensitivity; a gift to us who are physicians and who will be (or are) patients." -- Robert Coles, M.D.
