Filled with perfect sample letters and answers to questions actually asked buy creditors and people you need to contact to increase your house buying chances, From Credit Despair to Credit Repair was an excellent source of knowledge and real-life tools to help this young adult figure out how the credit game works and clear up my credit report of all the black spots from my college years debt.

Like the title suggests, you can achieve much more than learning how to write letters and mail them; you learn to create wealth from this book. Start right away and have patience but be persistent, you will achieve more than what any one says. Get lower interest rates, learn how to make more money, and learn how to spend less and get more, this book is a wonderful guide, I'll certainly be recommending this to my friends.

I have read all of the Rich Dad series, I've read about mutual funds, 401k, IRAs, trading currency, trading precious metals, and even bought the Carlton Sheets kit. In all of my studying and reading I have never found a book that so clearly sets out the plan in front of me. With the help of this book I have (with a friend) invested a couple grand in my first tax lien. We have had it for a few months and am currently earning 13%. That is unbelievable for such low risk. My next step is to start an investment club with some friends. Thank you Mr. Hampton for bringing something to the common man that only used to be available for the uber rich.

I am in my early 30's and have just bought the home of my dreams using this book. I was doing fine, but wanted to step up to the next level and have the house I REALLY wanted. Following Mr. Hamptons advice in this book I pulled my FICO score up and got us our dream home. Now I am invested in Tax Liens with a group of friends in my area and we are all watching our hard earned money work for US together. How do you rate something that makes you feel proud about yourself?

Well, I'm not one for investing, but as I'm getting older I'm finding that not only is it a good idea, but necessary because you cannot depend on company pensions anymore. This book was easy to read, easy to understand and was an excellent step by step guide on how to get started with something I didn't have a clue about. At last a book that speaks in a language we all can understand.

I recently read this book right before I purchased my first house. Ive wanted to buy a house for ever but my credit was never good enough. Ive read so many other books about credit repair and all I got was a bunch of fluff or was directed to other promotional products---that I still had to BUY!! Needless to say, after much needed repair I finally bought my house and now Im on my way to being a credit millionaire!

Today credit is more important than ever before people are losing their jobs and sometimes a bill or two can make the difference of paying the rent for the month. You're a good person trying to make ends meet and you get penalized for it by credit bureaus labeling you as a bad risk and putting it on your credit report. That's not fair since it took you years to establish your credit. After reading this book you can actually edit your credit and improve your credit score easy and effectively almost for free. It cost you a postage stamp and a letter, it even shows you how to get a free credit report. See what employers and credit companies are reading about you, it could even make the difference in getting a job.
