I realize that this was an inexpensive model, but it really is worthless. It is very difficult to move the bar over the tickets. More importantly, it is almost impossible to get a clean print. I've dinked and adjusted the tension over both printing areas. If you put enough pressure to get a clean imprint...it is impossible to move the bar. If you loosen the tension, the bar will slide, but there is no impression. No wonder they call these things "knuckle busters".

There were no instructions with this machine. The name plate was not attached and I did not know exactly how to do it. It kept falling off so I had to glue it on. The imprint is too light to read, so I will have to hand write the information on my receipts.

This machine was pretty much what I expected. Lightweight, fairly easy to use, but the imprint was quite faint. If the credit card being swiped is old and worn, the imprint is very poor. It works well for a low-tech, portable method to take credit card payments.

We ordered this to replace a broken credit card imprinter and this works just fine for the money. Shipped very quickly and promptly.

I couldn't find this item in any of the local office supply stores. We have a credit card processing machine in our studio but I needed a manual machine for offsite events. It works great!

I purchased this to swipe credit cards at a large function for photography sales but could not locate any paper that actually fits this particular unit. I checked Amazon and couldn't find it, none of the local office supply stores carried it. So it was a waste of money and is now in the back of a drawer wasting space.

this is excellent, very good for my cab driver husband, very cheap, and no need for electricity. great value for the money, and cheap enough for financially challenged ppeople who can't afford the other card processing equipment available everywhere except here, and trying to earn money.
