Calling this book, "Ninja Tricks" is definitely a stretch. As I mentioned in the title, if you have ANY experience or knowledge of the FCRA & FDCPA, improving your credit (I don't want to use the terms "________ repair" ) etc. Move on, you already know everything presented in this book.

For the cost I will say for a beginner this is definitely a bargain. I tend to not believe books that have ALL 5 star reviews but I figured for the cost if I could learn one thing, it would be worth it.

The good of the book. It gives a good run down of the entire process for someone who is an absolute beginner or has surface knowledge of the credit reporting/correction system. The bad or lacking?? I don't want to be totally critical because again the price, you're getting what you pay for. That said, the section in dealing with "Collection Agencies". I wish it would have addressed not just "collection agencies" but the differences between: collection agencies(CA's), junk debt buyers (JDB's or "SCUM" generally speaking) and the attorneys that sometimes they hire to do their dirty work. I'm aware of this but someone new to this will not know the difference if it's not explained.

Overall it's not much of a loss when you consider the price. But regardless of the price, this is NOT a 5 star book and I would STRONGLY question those reviews as either being the authors friends or family.

4.0 out of 5 stars Helpful advice March 9, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
This book or guide has been very beneficial to my boyfriend and me. We used the templates and advice to contact our creditors and we have negotiated repayments and with sticking to a budget we are on our way to recovering our credit rating and are making repayments. I think some of the advice in this book will ensure we avoid getting into so many problems as before and use credit in the future more responsibly. Helpful advice.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good June 12, 2012

This credit repair book was a excellent read with a lot of excellent tips on credit repair. The one I liked the most was on credit repair strategies, debt collectors and the credit repair myths. Not bad at all for the price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very pleased with this book March 9, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
To say I had less than a perfect credit rating prior to the application of strategies held within this book is an understatement! 3 months on and things are looking up. I have to admit prior to reading this I didn't have a great deal of knowledge about repairing bad credit ratings and I wasn't tackling things efficiently at all. This has given me a guide and helping hand and for that alone it's worth the 5 stars.

3.0 out of 5 stars Lots of Helpful Information June 28, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition
This book contains a lot of really useful information. As a bankruptcy lawyer, there are several inaccurate statements regarding bankruptcy and its impact, however this is certainly one of the better self-published ebooks I have come across on Amazon regarding credit repair.
