I am continually pleased with each and every fabozzi book I buy. The man is prolific and always provides you with real data, great overviews, and commentary by leading people in the field. This book is no exception.

An excellent tool for credit union investment analysis. As a State Examiner, I recommend this book for investing activities. This book details Asset Liability Management (ALM), the review of investments, CMO's Investments, Interest Rate and Liquidity Risk issues, details on 17/4 Stress Tests results (which are used in testing IRR with a 17/4 shock test of the balance sheet and devaluations of not only investments, but fixed rate real estate loans) with a 300 +/- shock of the overall balance sheet. Book also includes verbiage on valuations of fixed investment securities, CMO testing, Mortgage Pass Through Securities, ALM, liquidity issues, money market bonds, and non-mortgage CMO investments. This is an excellent investment training book for credit union staff.
