Well I decided to do live chat and they gave me a working code for the Resident Evil content, but the code the chat rep gave me for $10 store credit didn't work and now I have to wait for an email for more help :\
I had to fight with customer service to get it. At first I was told only the marketing department dealt with it so they forwarded it there, then marketing told me I had to provide more info, so I contacted CS again on chat, and was told that the ten dollar credit was never offered. After the rep rudely ended the chat, I contacted CS again since I was unsatisfied with that answer only to be told the same thing, then after speaking with a customer escalation member, I was told it would have to be sent to marketing department again. I was finally given the credit after reporting the customer service rep for how rude he acted towards the situation and pretty much lying to me without hearing me out. there was more to it but I don't want to get into that. But yeah, all you have to do is contact customer service and apparently fight to get what was offered.
