I was really excited when I found this book, but it turned out to be soso which was a dissapointment. I should have gone with a more expensive cajun cookbook which now I have to buy cause I wasnt satisfied with this one. I advise ppl looking for a cajun book stay away from this book and spent a little more $ on a good book trust me.
