We made our first crepes this weekend. This recipe book worked out great. Has basic recipes and then fancy ones. Most have a corresponding picture which is always helpful to me.

What a wonderful book, containing recipes for sweet and savoury crepes, using several types of batter and an enormous variety of fillings. Anyone with even the slightest interest in crepes as a breakfast, brunch, side dish, main course, or dessert will find something in here to fit the bill.

This crepe book came in time specified and is a great little crepe book. The book has many different crepe recipes in it. I have had the book long enough now to say that I have actually made many of the recipes in here and they are all very good. If you like making crepes and are looking for some variety... this is a good book for you. I was totally happy with the purchase.

I always suspected that crepes were a one-size-fits-all: one recipe, change the toppings. This book showed me how wrong I was! While there is the basic crepe recipe in there, there are also recipes for sweet crepes, savory crepes, and even crepes made with different flours (buckwheat? excellent!). LOVE this book, LOVE the options! Great buy.

This was a gift for someone and it came sooner than I expected. It was delivered in great condition.
