I know that this item has gotten good as well as bad reviews and it was the good reviews that caused me to pick this one. We all know that bad news travels faster than good news but this is one great sit-up board. I was looking for one and this was the one that is curved and I had to try it. The quality of the materials is excellent. It's very sturdy, solid and folds up like an ironing board for ease of storage. In fact, I keep mine with the ironing board. The price was great and delivery was awesome, very fast. Some have complained about the weight limits and being uncomfortable due to height. I'm 5'11" and have no problems with it's size. It's very comfortable. Weight?? well, I'm 158 lbs and really, speaking as someone that was 255 at one time, if you're tipping the scales you need to get out of the house an go to the gym. I mean, again, it's a great item but it can't perform magic Trix.

I received this bench like a month ago. The exercise is very effective and really feels in the mid and lower section. Perhaps this bench is very effective, is not for everyone. People with back problems may find this bench uncomfortable. I would liked a stronger frame because it's a little unstable.

I bought this product recently. It is not a quality product. Every component is small. If you are more than 5'10", forgot about it. You don't have enough leg room. The curve is more harmful than useful, it may me dizzy after a set of 20. after a month, the tape on the back of the board came off. I plan to donate the item to charity and buy the decline bench from Nautilus.
