I gave this one star only because we have to choose a star to submit a review. It gets no stars from me. My daughter (30) and I(60) both used this product. It caused us so much pain you wouldn't believe. I have used the other Crest Strips with great success but the 2 hour ones are a disaster. We had to take prescription pain medicine to cope with the pain. Whatever you decide do not leave this product on for longer than 20 minutes. Forget a quick 2 hour result. It isn't any whiter than the 20 minute treatments and you will be in pain. No wonder it is bargain priced. Crest really has gone wrong on this one.

These Two-Hour Whitestrips sure are convenient! It had been years since my last purchase of Whitestrips and they have improved the design of the strip significantly. These new strips are made of thicker, sturdier material then their very thin, flimsy predecessors were. The strips do a pretty good job of staying in place, even while talking and moving around. Just give them a few minutes to get acquainted and stick to your teeth. While I wouldn't drink water out of a cup while wearing them, you're probably fine sipping some bottled water with these on. These do a good job of lifting stains near the gum line, although I didn't notice much of an overall improvement in the areas of my teeth that were already fairly white. One downfall is that in order to maintain your results, repeat applications are required every few months, or your old stains will start to creep right back up. These would be a good "touch up" product to use before important events, although I wouldn't recommend them for heavy stained or yellowed teeth. Additionally, its important to remember to use a toothpaste made for sensitive teeth for a few days before using whitening products like Whitestrips. Even if you've never had sensitive teeth before, you will probably experience some degree of tooth pain if you don't make preparations before using these.

i have read alot of reviews on people saying that these whitening strips are painful and caused them to not sleep. But i believe those are people who have either have sensitive teeth or first time users. If you are a first time user it makes youre teeth sensitive to cold edibles or drinks. But i have used white strips for quite some time and i just used the striped right now. i do not feel any pain and i see a bit result.
