My husband is a smoker, wine and coffee drinker so I purchased these for him. Previously the Crest Whitestrips before Advanced Seal was just a pain, poor to no adherence and we ended throwing them away.

Not this time! The strips were easier to apply and stayed put. Great adherence without difficulty removing. Within 2 wks we really noticed a difference in his smile!

The next purchase I brought some for myself and thought I had a brighter smile in just a few uses (not a smoker, no wine and little coffee). I mentioned this to my dentist and he warned me about "whitening agents of any type when you have crowns or veneers as they can discolor them with extended usage". So I gave them to my husband after 3 days (okayed by dentist).

Effective item, whitened my teeth the way I had expected, which was 2-3 shades. The only thing I would say is, while it whitened my teeth a few shades, the really noticeable whitening effect wears off over a few days(without any staining agents involved.) The end results are fairly noticeable though. Now some warnings I have; if your teeth are crooked it is really hard to get the strip on so they can work to their fullest effect and if you have FILLINGS in any of your front teeth it WILL NOT WHITEN THEM.

I bought these because they were on sale. had always stuck to the original cheaper strips. since they were on sale i decided to try this pricier ones and i loved them! i now understand why they are a little more pricier, but totally worth it. Did whiten my teeth and got many compliments on my now whiter smile. My teeth did get more sensitive so i would do 3 days, rest for one day, and again another 2 days or so. I started using Sensodyne -ProNamel. which worked wonders and after about 2 wks all sensitivity left. i still use the toothpaste because i enjoy crunching on ice :)
