The thin, easy-to-wear strips offer an enamel-safe whitening ingredient that should not harm most dental work. If you have dental work or staining from medication, ask your dentist if whitening is okay for you.
  • The design of all Crest Whitestrips provides a controlled amount of peroxide, which limits exposure to it.
  • Crest Whitestrips will only whiten natural teeth; it will not whiten caps, crowns, veneers, fillings, or dentures.
  • Crest Whitestrips should not harm most dental work.
  • Do not use with dental braces.
  • If you have dental work or staining from medication, ask your dentist if whitening is okay for you.
  • Crest Whitestrips is not intended for children under the age of 12.
  • Do not eat, drink, smoke, or sleep while wearing Whitestrips.

How to Use

1. Peel:
  • For best results, do not brush teeth immediately before applying strips.
  • Open foil pouch and remove.
  • Peel strips from backing.
2. Apply:
  • Apply gel side of strip to teeth.
  • Align strips with gum line and press gently for good contact.
  • Fold the rest of strip behind teeth to keep in place.
3. Reveal:
  • Wear strips for 5 minutes once a day, remove and discard.
  • If you notice gel on your teeth, brush, rinse, or wipe it away.
  • Use daily for gradual whitening.

After using almost the entire box as instructed, there was no noticeable change. Was offered a free box when called customer service to request refund. Just seems to me if company is so sure product works, why make second box so freely available? Was assured that results would be seen after using second box, but very disappointed that claims of results in 7-days proved completely false.

My bottom teeth aren't perfectly straight so other whitestrips that really adhere to teeth don't allow the same whitening coverage as these. So people who complain that they don't stick as well are correct. They don't. But I find for people like myself that want some 'wiggle room' to reach all those imperfect areas, these actually work best for that very reason.

If you want whiter teeth and you're not on a time frame, this is a GREAT product. I use it every morning for 15 minutes while I'm getting ready, and it keeps my teeth nice and white. With 84 strips, it lasts my husband and I about a month. If you used them twice a day, I'd say you would see a huge difference in one week.
