Patients using Crest Whitestrips Supreme for 30 minutes twice a day have seen a dramatic improvement in how white and bright their smile looks. Whitestrips Supreme PRO outperform competition in product tests. Strong but safe Crest Whitestrips Supreme PRO contain 14% Hydrogen Peroxide which is the strongest dose available from Crest and is not harmful to your teeth. Hydrogen Peroxide gets at stains beneath the tooth surface. If you've been thinking about whitening your teeth, and want something that works quickly, easily and affordably this product is for you! Insturctions: Do not brush immediately before applying strips. Open blue pouch marked "Upper" and remove strip. Find zigzag slit. Separate slit to expose edge of textured whitening strip. Slowly peel strip off clear backing. The gel side is placed against the teeth. Note: some border material will remain on the backing liner after the strip is removed. This material serves to protect the strip. Using a mirror, place strip on front teeth, aligning top of strip with your gum line. Press gently to ensure good contact with teeth. Fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it in place. Wear for 30 minutes and remove. Rinse, brush or wipe away any remaining gel. Wear 2 upper strips per day. Finish using all upper strips before whitening the lower teeth. Lower Teeth: Repeat the process on your lower teeth. The lower strip has a different shape to better fit the lower teeth. Place strip on lower teeth, aligning the bottom of strip with your gum line. Fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it in place.

In reality this supply should last a week, if used twice a day. This might seem like a good alternative for people who would like for a "touch-up", but as a previous reviewer pointed out, these strips didn't seem to be that potent. I didn't even feel my gums tingle. I guess that would be good if I saw some teeth whitening; I didn't. I couldn't find an experimentation date on the box I received, so I wonder if these strips have been sitting for a while and in the process lost their potency. To be fair, I'm not sure that is even a valid concern. I just know that I didn't seem much of a change after a week (using the whole supply) and did not observe any of the usual effects (tooth sensitivity, sensitive gums) that using strips with higher H.P. concentration should produce. Those observations coupled with those of another reviewer suggests that these strips are not the best alternative out there. Please consider my comments for this listing of Supreme PRO. I can't comment on the potency of other whitestrips or other supplies of Crest whitestrips supreme professional.

Do yourself a favor and save up for the full version. Because for some reason these do not work as good. They probably expired or something.

The strips came in a timely manner, however the majority didn't seem to whiten as effectively as the sample i rec'd from my dentist. i didn't experience (see) the bubbling or fizzing and my teeth didn't seem to get as white.

Too sensitive to use after 5 times
