These are the perfect size and if you are going to have one mixing blow this is the one to have. I purchased several to use as gifts. Great to fill and give for Christmas, house warming, hostess gift, wedding gift, or just because. Lovely royal blue color. Heavy and will stay put with mixing. Since this is Le Creuset stoneware it is oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer safe. So can use it to mix anything, great for making homemade dough. Great enameled bowl so easy to clean in dishwasher or by hand.

I was so thrilled with this bowl that I purchased more as Christmas gifts for my daughters and sister in laws. A fantastic size that will serve many uses besides mixing. It is heavy and will endure many years of service. Would recommend.
