Not just pretty, but it works!
I just had to say, after being disappointed with my Sitram Cybernox pan, I went out and bought this pan. I paid less, yet totally got my money's worth. It really works great. I made a perfect Spanish omelet, Korean pancakes, cooked my flour tortillas and I plan to make Japanese Okonomiyaki. Next, I will buy the whole set. If you love to cook and love quality, le...

no stick surface, red hot handle
The pan works well. The surface does seem to peel off pretty quick in small spots. My main complaint is that the handle, which is directly part of the pan, heats up quickly. If you are not careful, you may burn your hand. Watch out!

I've had this pan for over 4 years and it is by far my favorite thing to use. I never even put it away, I use it so often. It's great for everything from eggs to tarte-tatin. This pan is durable, attractive, and just the right size for most of my cooking needs. And, since I can even stick it in the oven if I need to, it's pretty much flawless.
