Like other pieces in Le Creuset's collection of Forged Hard-Anodized cookware, the pan features hard-anodized stainless-steel construction that goes through a hot-forging manufacturing process for twice the strength and to ensure it will never warp. The unit's magnetic aluminum-encased stainless-steel base heats quickly and evenly and can be used on any stovetop surface, including induction. The pan also comes with a durable nonstick coating that allows for lower-fat cooking (no need for excess butter or oil) and effortless food release. Furthermore, the cookware's hollow cast stainless-steel handle and opposite helper handle come riveted for strength, remain cool while cooking on the stovetop, and offer a comfortable grip for confidence when lifting or transporting. Oven-safe to 500 degrees F, the cookware cleans up easily by hand (recommended) or in the dishwasher and carries a 10-year limited warranty.
