I was really excited to finally receive these potholder (already have the mitt), but now that I have them, I am REALLY dissapointed. They are okay for moving pots and pans around the stove top, but they are awful for pulling things out of the oven unless you move at lightning speed!

The ends to which I will go to decorate my teal-dominated house were reached when I paid $12 each for potholders, but I really am pleased with these. Not only is the color right, but they are really big and flexible -- I keep thinking how Julia Child would have loved them. My hands aren't particularly large, but these mitts fit just fine. A bonus is the built-in magnets. I just toss them at the refrigerator and they are stowed away! They are thin-ish, but are made of a heat-resistant material so they protect well.

I got 2 of these and they match the teal accents in my kitchen and dining nook perfectly. They are a nice large size and each has a magnet in it so you can just fling it at the fridge door and it stays there handy and ready for the next time you need to grab a hot pot handle or take something from the oven. They wash well, too.

Bought these to go with an all-Twitter-colored kitchen theme. Love the color. They hang up on my fridge via the magnets. Haven't handled anything large, like a lasagna, with them yet -- mostly just cookie sheets and pots -- so I can't speak to whether they're heavy-duty enough. But they're big and easy to get your hands into.
