This is a great set -- the price is awesome (do some checking on Le Creuset prices) and the dishes are lovely. All of the company's colors are very deep and vibrant. Notice the size, though -- make sure you're aware of how small these are.

I purchased these a few weeks ago and am absolutely delighted with them! As long as you realize you are getting a 9" and approx. 4" square dishes, you will be fine. I have reheated leftovers, baked several fruit crisps, etc. - and have found these dishes to be superb. The small one is handy when I cut a few too many apples (or other fruits) or make a little bit too much stuffing... it makes an easy "extension" for the larger baker. They bake evenly and clean easily (to my surprise)! They are a beautiful blue pattern that transitions light to dark. In fact, I am so pleased with their performance, I am buying others (different shapes) today!

If you like Le Creuset, then these two ceramic pieces are probably the steal of the century. These are not only outstandingly practical cookware but are also examples of superior design.

If you are new to Le Creuset, I cannot think of a better introduction.

I am a passionate fan of Le Creuset. I was in TJ MAX this week and was surprised to see these baking dishes, and even more surprised at the price! On careful inspection I found a sticker that said "Made in China." Now these dishes had the Le Creuset label, looked identical to the ones I've seen in William Sonoma. But made in china?? This of course explains the price. Doesn't mean they aren't terrific, I didn't buy them so I don't know. But they are not made in France as is the traditional Le Creuset cookware. Just and FYI.

These dishes arrived from the seller, J&R Music, very quickly. Unfortunately, the one dish was shattered. I called them, & was delighted with their friendly, accommodating customer service. They shipped me another whole set right away, declined my offer to return the good pan I had, and the new set arrived in a few days, no breakage at all. These things happen, but J&R really came through with superior customer service. I would definitely buy from them again. I always buy from Amazon, and had been hesitant to buy bake ware from a music company, but I am glad that I took the chance. The dishes are beautiful, just as described, and their color is amazing. I know the recipient will be delighted!
