This review is from: Le Creuset Stoneware 7 by 10-Inch Deep Dish Baker, Blue (Kitchen)
This is a beautiful lasagna/mussaka/tiramisu dish, although I used it for the first time, recently, to make an enchilada casserole consisting of two layers of enchiladas, 4 to each layer. The casserole turned out fine. Cleanup, however, took a bit of work because some of the tomato sauce on the rim of the pan turned charcoal. I mention this here because I find web reviews of Le Creuset products a bit over-rated when it comes to clean up. I've owned several and find it does take some srubbing if food gets burned onto a pan. The ridges of this baker made getting the charcoal off a smidgen more difficult--but it was just a smidgen. On balance, it's a great baker. The inside cleaned up easily enough.
