I bought this dish for the sole purpose of serving Italian food like you often see in restaurants. I wanted something that I could bake an individual portion in and then throw it under the broiler to brown it and then serve in. It is a bit large for one portion, but it works. Safe under the broiler and incredible heat retention so it can keep pasta hot.
Very easy to clean. If anything does stick let it soak for 5 minutes and it comes clean. |
