With family coming for Thanksgiving I needed to prepare some dishes in advance. This Le Creuset stoneware baking dish was a huge help! I cooked, put the casserole in the dish, froze it until needed, defrosted, reheated and brought it to table - all in the same dish. The kiwi color is a soft green and complimented our dinner set. Then, all that was needed was a short soak in warm water and into the dishwasher. I would rate it highly and look forward to using it again and again.
