I've given these CD's as gifts before but have never heard them until as a new Aunt we played them for my nephew. They are so soothing and easy to listen to. Great to play in the background for the baby to listen to or to help soothe a baby to sleep. They're very relaxing and soothing for Mom too! I highly recommend them as gifts or for your own baby!

I received this today [or yesterday, as of 46 minutes ago] and I have to say... I actually didn't know it was even a 2-disc set, it must've slipped my mind. Anyhow, I played it for my youngest son today [4 months old] and he was curious for a minute or two and then it just put him right to sleep. It's a really soothing-toned CD, so it's easy for baby to listen to, and my son seemed to love it! I highly recommend it already, I can tell it's going to be a miracle worker, and you can't beat the price! Tomorrow I think we'll try it on the oldest [14 months] during naptime! Haha, fingers crossed!

I bought this CD set on a whim because the price was so low for a 2 disc set. I LOVE these CDs and so does my daughter. Like another reviewer, I would play a CD as I was nursing my daughter before bed. She is 1 1/2 now and as soon as the music starts she just puts her head right down. We recently traveled and I brought a CD with us. I truly believe having her music made it easier for her to sleep in a strange place. Buy this set for yourself or as a gift. You won't be disappointed.

I would pop this CD in every night when I nursed my daughter. It was so relaxing for both her and I. When I started weaning her, it made it a very easy transition, since I would just rock with her to the first song and then she would be used to going right to sleep.

I never found another classical lullaby CD that we liked better.
