1.0 out of 5 stars Wish they'd make a better version!, October 20, 2003

I am a teacher who reads this book to my class every year. I show the movie and this is a terrible version. They leave out almost the whole story, and change the rest. It is such a great book and I think they could have done a better job on the video. I am always hoping a newer and better version is made.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lovely story of belonging and the power of music., November 20, 1998
This animated short tells a lovely story of belonging and the power of music that is appealing to all ages six and over. A bonus is the setting in New York City's subways.
