5.0 out of 5 stars Finally a rap CD worth buying
This is probably the first rap CD I felt was worthy of me going out and buying in close to a year. One of the best parts about this CD is whats not on it, there are no auto tune choruses, bad ron brownz features, or a crappy beat from the new "hot" producer of the month.

Cam's album is produced in-house and most of the beats on the album are on point. Cam...

2.0 out of 5 stars Where Cam go?
This is a typical graduate stage album for the high profile rapper....
I guess after all the videos concerts trips around the world and gettin Oreily himself flustered, my man Cam turned into a one of those with so much food on his plate he can no longer relate. This is not like my man either. Can someone tell me wheres the real Camron Giles!? We waitin doggie.....

Cam's album is produced in-house and most of the beats on the album are on point. Cam is still crazy with the lyrics and definitely did his thing this time around. This is a great summer time album especially for the whip. I just wish more rappers would stop trying to follow the lastest trend and make their own lane like Cam.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worth buying it even if you are not a Hardcore Cam Fan, May 15, 2009

First of all i gotta point out that this record has 23 Tracks!!! not like your other hip hop releases with 13 or 14 tracks that come out nowadays. Even though some songs leaked into the internet there are still a lot of songs which are new, and some older songs have new beats ( i hate my job)
The biggest surprise are "curve" and "spend the night" where Cam's in house producers sample well known house songs.
I already bought my copy
Support good artists and do that too

5.0 out of 5 stars Cam is back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!, May 13, 2009

After a couple years off Camron has returned with a great album. He breathes life back into a suffering rap atmosphere. Get this cd if you want some street rap.

Yes, my main man Killa did it again. Sick wordplay na deven sicker tunes on here. Best songs have to be "Get It In Ohio" & "Chalupa".

He's back to his old ways.

5.0 out of 5 stars Been playing it since it came out over a yer ago, June 21, 2010

If you arent in the streets this wont probably be for you. This is real sh** and is great cruisin music. Cam kills it on almost every track. I dont like some of the tracks that arent as hard, but the first about seven or eight tracks are great. Cam is the best street rapper in the game and you probably wont understand it if you arent out there really getting money in the streets somehow.

5.0 out of 5 stars masterpiece, December 1, 2009
This review is from: Crime Pays (Audio CD)
This album was absolutely amazing, i had no idea beats like these could find their way onto the album of an east hip hop artist, they sound deep and bassy...much to my liking, i would call it ridin' music. lyrically he's on point with amazing metaphors and wordplay, he has to be the best mc from dipset, i mean lets face it every mc who reps dipset pretty much mimics his style, but he's obviously the best at it !! i wasn't feeling his delivery so much, he has a tired a$$ style of slow droning lyrics and it sort of makes every track sound similar but nevertheless he keeps coming with consistent heat. the thing that really made it for the album was not only beat choice but production....it seems he had most of the producers in house, and it was what really put this album in a category all its own. if more rappers from the east coast would follow this recipe their albums would be great as well. This is the kind of album you wanna play in your car with the volume up and the windows down. if you have any type of sound system or subwoofers in your ride than this cd will have a lot of play. Cop it son!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars No Jimmy, No Julez, No Problem, November 20, 2009
This review is from: Crime Pays (Audio CD)
Cam'Ron just prove he dont need Jimmy and Julez to make a good album. This album is more for the streets but itz very good. O look for Cam's new artist "VADO" he is up and coming. Top 5 songs Cookin' Up, My Job, Get It in Ohio, Silky, and Who

4.0 out of 5 stars 4 Stars! Cam'Ron Still Witty As Every!, June 15, 2009
This review is from: Crime Pays (Audio CD)
Man, I was not looking forward to this CD since I though Cam'Ron had fallen off, but I bought it anyways and man Cam'Ron has not lost a step. He still dropping those witty and funny lines and still got that dope production. This CD has some real bangers on it. The only problem is that it is too long and it is too long because it has some wack filler on it. If they had cut this down to like the 12 or 13 best songs it would be a classic, but as is I gotta knock the score down a little. KILLA!
