All of the other reviews on this game are old ones from the original release...they've re-released the game under Steam calling it "Bleedout" and it ROCKS. They fixed most of the customer complaints and it is fun as heck...it is a lot like global agenda...you basically move around in a lobby and fight PVP and some PVE battles in instances. If you like Global Agenda, you'll like this. Personally I like it more because it is extremely violent, sexual and cheeky. Definitely a MATURE game, no under 18 please! I got a message in the mail from an NPC with language so foul that Amazon would erase this review if I wrote it, haha. Anyway, if you are reading this, ignore all the other reviews, head over to Steam, download for free and join the fun.

If you get ripped off from either a hacker or thier own buggy codin they will tell you you must have done something wrong. Total idiots that run the game.

It's Free to Download,

First of all, the game is free to download now. I think they rely completely on micro-transactions. I'll give you a short review for you to decide if it's worth downloading the 3 gigs or so.
Don't expect a great shooter or a great MMO, it's actually pretty poor in both regards. As a shooter it's very repetitive and the gun mechanics feel very sloppy. As an MMO there is little socialization, poor itemization, and the crafting system is ridiculous. But, somehow the game is still kind of fun. It managed to waste a few hours of my time.

Reviewers,
= Fun:1.0 out of 5 stars

I don't have or plan to buy Crimecraft. I just wanted to let peeps know that I have jumped around the net from place to place reading reviews of how poor this game is then theres always 1-2 reviews who rank it very very high such as the previous review and a few on IGN. After looking into it I realize ALL the high marks for this game come from people who make 1 post, 1 review, or 1 comment only about how good this game is. So I can honestly say that those are reviews posted by peeps working for Crimecraft to promote a crappy game. I'm sorry but if a game is bad enough where you have to create an account to lie in new reviews about how good it is, I believe the game is actually worse then what the original bad reviews claim.
Sorry CrimeCraft devs, I know you worked hard at it but poo is still poo, even is you try to spray air fresheners on it.

Great Game,

I think Crime Craft is one of those games your friend shows you and you wonder to yourself, why didn't I hear about this first??!!?! It's such a solid title that is very unheard of because of a poor launch, but ever since launch this game has gone nowhere but up!
First off, I have to mention the shooting mechanics, it rivals that of COD and the likes, except it's in the third person view, not first person view. With a weapons selection that would make the Terminator jealous, there are tons of different styles of play that you can choose from, sniping, rockets, grenades, etc. It's really cool to join up in a gang that takes care of you too, one where you put in work and earn your benefits back. Clans take care of each other in the game and that's how it's supposed to be. To be honest, there needs to be more Auction House control, but that's true in any MMO. There are tons of people in the game willing to help those who really don't know how to start off, but once you get going, you can't stop. The crafting in the game is awesome, making your own weapon attachments and drugs, all the good things life has to offer. I like to say the game is like a fine brandy, once it aged it took on a whole new flavor. Crime Craft grows on you and by the time you hit level 20, you'll see what I mean. Hope to see you on there folks! |
