The book is needed for a course online and though a bit dry to read, the book does an excellent job on educating the reader on an investigator's job, responsibilties, types of evidence and how they are collected and used. Other topics deal with use in court, interviews, and many other related topics. It does show you many things on topics I thought I knew so that makes it a worthwhile book to those studying criminal justice.

I purchased this book because it was needed for one of my Criminal Justice class. The book is very helpful and it goes in depth on a lot of things about crime investigation and how investigators procedures.

We still have not recieve the book. The post office changed our zipcode and rerouted the book back to the sender. We contacted the post office immediately upon learning that the book was not delivered. The post office would not deliver the book even though the address was correct. The sender was not very helpful or positive that we would ever recieve our money back or the book.
