Editorial Reviews

Review

This book is well-organized and outlined, it is easy to locate information in the text, great use of legal terminology, the cases chosen illustrate information presented in the text, contains a chapter dedicated to trial procedures, the 'Systems Folder' section included in each chapter. Would like to see: more diagrams, charts and checklists.

Overall: 'I really don't have anything to add to this text. It is exceptional.' --This text refers to the Paperback edition.

I found this to be an extemely informative and concise textbook, with lots of extra website help and internet exercises. The topics are straight-forward, and the text is educational without talking over your head. I used this as the textbook required for a criminal law college class, so I kind of had to have it, but I found it to be a great learning tool.
