Excellent book for law students!,

Got this book for class. It was in perfect condition. The book is great because it has edited opinions that get straight to the point and make it easy to pick out the rules and reasoning.

Crim Pro Book,

The cases are fairly easy to read. Although, it is a law school text book so it's not exactly a page turner. The cover is wimpy and tends to bend easily. The paper for the pages is pretty good and the font size is good.

Missing Pages???,

So, this was probably my own fault... but I ordered the 3rd Edition of this book although my professor called for the 4th edition. I just didn't have the money for ANOTHER $150 text book! I went to go find page 812... and it doesn't exist. Did the publishers do this on purpose so they could come out with another edition--the newer one actually including valuable pages in the book? I'm lost... Anyway. Moral of the story is, do not by this book (the 3rd edition) if you actually need the 4th.
