4.0 out of 5 stars The Crimson Shadow, November 6, 2006
This review is from: The Crimson Shadow (Paperback)
Before I picked up this trilogy, I had heard whispers of Luthien and his halfling companion Oliver DeBurrows. Then I actually read the trilogy. I was surprised. Salvatore is well known for great characters, and in this trilogy he doesn't dissapoint, especially with Oliver (who he actually roleplayed for along time) The only character I wasn't too fond of was the half-elf, but she grew on me. The story itself was good as well, though at parts it did seem kind of rushed. Anyways, the Crimson Shadow trilogy is something that Salvatore fans, and fantasy fans will enjoy.

A four star trilogy - every book. And, all three books for the price of one.

"I could be wrong."

Love my Kindle.
