Very basic. If you are in HR, you could write this book, March 20, 1998
This review is from: Crisp: Effective Recruiting Strategies: A Practical Guide for Success (Crisp Fifty-Minute Books) (Paperback)
This book is about as basic as you can get. I would recommend it for someone who has never done any recruiting of any kind. If you are currently in recruiting and looking for new ideas, skip it.

Good beginner's-level overview of basic recruiting options., February 26, 1998

This review is from: Crisp: Effective Recruiting Strategies: A Practical Guide for Success (Crisp Fifty-Minute Books) (Paperback)
An easy, quick read. Discusses pros and cons of traditional techniques for recruiting employees. Lacks depth and originality of ideas; good for a high school business student, for instance, but not substantial enough for experienced business professionals.

Those new in the business or studying to enter the business will find this book helpful in gaining an understanding of some of the resources available. A good addition to your bookshelf. Wayne D. Ford, Ph.D., author, "Breakthrough Technical Recruiting" docwifford@msn.com
