More About the Author

Murder by the Bay is a new novel by Lloyd Finch. In recent years he has focused on writing screenplays and this novel has been adapted from one of his scripts. Lloyd admires the city of San Francisco, which is the setting for his novel, and has woven some of the history of this great city into the story. He is the author of five published business topic books and in addition has written and produced award winning training videos/DVDs. His passion however, is fiction and the writing of stories that entertain and inform the reader. He lives in Carmel, California with his family.

If every organization would simply follow the techniques, ideas and suggestions presented in this book their customer service would dramatically improve. This is a must read for everyone involved with customers.
