This account is a humorous, inspiring take on life from one of the most well known and beloved Cuban superstars on the scene today. I am aware not only of Saralegui's humor and love of life, but also her extensive humanitarian work with AIDS, teen pregnancy, and many other causes. Reading this title helped me through a very difficult time in my life...three cheers, and I hope there is a sequel.

This book affords us a look into the priveledged family life of pre-Castro Cuba, . I was very interested in the family life of Cristina, and her inter personal relationships with her friends Gloria Estefan and Don Francisco.The book is a must for anyone who admires these entertainers.

A great story of success by another Cuban American whose pesistence, enthusiasm and dedications were no match for they nay sayers and pesimist of 60's. The book defines what it takes to be successful in our country. The tittle of her book could have easily been "the other Ophra" or the "the Cuban Ophra."

what a big piece of trash! This Book should be place among the worst Books of all time-it's completely Inane and the Author is egocentrical and arrogant as usual.

Bad sintaxis, exagerated and self-serving worthless reading for a worthless egomaniac! Sorry!
