I think the show does a great job of showing both sides of the story, what the addict is thinking a feeling about their addiction and how they feel their loved ones help or hinder them. The same is true on the side of the families that love the addict but have no idea how to help them and many times they do more harm than good doing what they think is the right thing. I love how the interventionist having been an addict themselves brings perspective to both sides and tries to get each side to see where the other is coming from. Just one of the best reality series I think they have on TV and hope it continues for many, many more seasons.

I love the show, I hate that awful whiny theme music though! Anyone with me on that? I'm glad they finally updated it for the final season, but good lord, I wish they did that on the old episodes too.
