This is the second round of the Pride FC 2006 Grand Prix Tournament. The fights are excellent with some mindblowing techniques on display. If you love quality MMA, you can't pass this one up. The Tournament features MMA stars such as Wanderlie Silva, Mirko Cro-Cop and Vitor Belfort. This DVD is bound to make you say "OUCH"! I highly recommend it.

The second round of the 2006 Grand Prix was a great event and better then the first round in my opinion. Werdum vs Nogueira was my favorite fight...I hope the old Nog returns. You can really see the difference between this fight and his latest with Frank Mir. He had good head movement and excellent boxing. 8 of the 9 fights didnt go to a decision. Barnett vs Mark Hunt had a nice finish. Cro Cop showed why he use to be so dangerous. Fujita vs Silva was a really good fight and had a really nice knockout ending. My favorite ending had to be the Vitor Belfort one. Lightning hand speed was displayed in that fight! Nogueira vs Overeem was excellent and had a good finish.

The Axe Murderer's final convincing performance since being knocked out by Cro-Cop (except Jardine). But now he's starting to show the wears of all his past brutal matches, probably Vale Tudo. Don't worry Wanderlei, your still my hero and the best fighter of all time. But this was the beginning of the end for him. Of course all the other fights are fantastic, as was the entire tournament. I remember my friends and i having a blast at all these PPV's. Never again will we see this kind of entertainment in MMA...thanks Dana, you monopolizing whore!
