I would recommend this book for all mental health professionals who are interested in obtaining an in-depth look on how the supervisory process evolves. Nicholas Ladany is considered one of the leading clinicians/researchers in the field of clinical supervision. This book provides case examples on an events-based understanding of the supervisory process including heightening multicultural awareness, negotiating role conflicts, and working through countertransference.
