This review is from: A Critical Introduction to Queer Theory (Paperback)
If you are trying to understand what the hell Queer Theory is, this is the perfect book to start with. Of course you will find out that there is no possible answer to that question, but after reading this book you will certainly have the necessary tools to begin with the studying of the subject. It doesn't matter if you are not well acquainted with Gay and Lesbian Studies or post-estructuralist philosophy, Nikki Sullivan takes you by the hand from the very beginning explaining where does Queer Theory come from, to the wide possibilities that it can acquire in the "future".
