This book is great. I got drastic changes. My #1 problem in the past was overtraining. Ctitical mass helped me separate my bodyparts. It teaches you how to hit the muscle in three movements. The stretch, midrange, and contracted! Give this book a try! Its well worth it for the money!

Okay, first this book gives a fair bit of detail for each exercise without feeling like a kinesiolgy textbook. At the same time though, I docked it one star if only because I actually enjoy reading at that level of detail more than most weight training books go into. However, from all other standpoints this book offers good training advice and quite a few exercises. The paradigm is different than most, so I'm not reviewing it one way or the other on what's the right type of training, but I've found this is simply a good reference for mixing things up.
