The writer has another winner here!!
P. J. Sweeney
The characters were very well developed so that they acted in character all the time, and the writing technique was very easy to follow and the dialogue always clear.

I loved the opening scene, Peter Barrett and the twists and turns that kept me from putting it down till I finished.

He's a very skilled writer and the book was certainly exciting. Lots of plot twists and nothing distasteful, though bear in mind it's not a childrens' book haha. International intrigue ensues when a vast amount of money goes missing and the clues point toward one man. He goes on a death defying journey to escape justice (or injustice?) You'll just have to read it.

Critical Transfer was a wonderful novel. The writer has another winner here!! I can see this being made into a movie or even, a TV series...but, definitely another sequel HAS to be written...this is the type of novel where you can lay it down and come back later and pick right back up where you left off...a terrific read! Can't wait till Franchise comes out...

I rated this book a two because it was just barley OK. I had to make myself finish it. Probably two and a half would be more fitting, but below average. Most of the drama was so unbelievable that they became boring.

The plot was not believable. What businessman would give 70 million dollars to a person off the street? What corporation would allow 70 million dollars, enough to bankrupt the company, to be withdrawn with a single signature? What amateur could elude the FBI, CIA and the Cuban intelligence? The author did not even do enough research to make the Cuban bank transfer sound real? Too much narration about the "action" and not enough of actual action.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Critical Transfer. I like books by James Patterson, Mary Higgins Clark and Patricia Cornwell and found this book as enjoyable as theirs.

I read this book in a short time and found it very interesting and fun reading. It's not the kind of book that you think a lot about while reading it, it just keeps going until it ends, like a movie. The characters were very well developed so that they acted in character all the time, and the writing technique was very easy to follow and the dialogue always clear.

I liked this book and will recommend it to my friends, and already have.
