I ordered this book as soon as I saw it was coming out. I was glad I did, it has the cutest designs for kids. The only drawbacks are 1) the sizing is only 2-6 and 2) there are more designs for girls than boys. That is actually not a drawback for me because I have two girls, but for those who are looking for things to crochet for boys, there are 3 in this book. They are very cute, but unless you have girls to make things for it might not be worth it to you.

This should have been called "Crochet Designs for Girls" with a couple of boy's projects thrown in. Not very helpful to someone like me, who has 3 boys and no girls.

Really disappointed with this book. It is the first one I have ever sent back! There was nothing in it I would make. After crocheting many other interesting and different patterns for adults and kids, these patterns were not for me. The book seemed more about the art work and cute illustrations than the actual patterns. Would not recommended it over the numerous other books available today.

I love that the clothing patterns in this book aren't boxy and stiff like most crocheted kids clothing. The author uses lighter yarns and interesting stitch patterns to make attractive clothing designs for kids.

The book is a pleasure to browse for it's wonderful presentation (the illustrations are just gorgeous!) lots and lots of pictures.

"Crochet Designs For Kids" is a welcome and strongly recommended addition to personal and community library needlecraft reference collections in general, and crochet enthusiasts in particular.

I love to crochet but most patterns for kids, especially girls are frilly and not very practacle for normal wear. Honest my grand daughter does not get dressed up everyday. This book has some excellent patterns. I'm so glad I bought it.
